Total Quality Management at Every Stage

SGG follows a three-stage quality control system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and Bureau of Indian Standards guidelines.

1. Raw Material Inspection

ISI-marked cement (Wonder, Ultratech, JK, Shree, Birla); BIS-approved steel from MSME-tested sources; coarse and fine aggregates from NABL-tested sources; water from in-house tube-wells tested for construction suitability.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Manufacturing under qualified engineers with continuous slump tests, cube tests and dimensional checks during casting and curing of each batch.

3. Final Testing Before Dispatch

Three-Edge Load Bearing Test, Permeability Test, Hydraulic Test and visual inspection to ensure every product meets or exceeds IS 458 requirements.
